There are dozens of ways to meet woman. However, if you don't have time to go to parties, if you can't stand night clubs and you don't meet on the street on principle, then you have only one way out - dating through newspaper or in the Internet.

Such advertisements occupy two thirds, and if you receive any answer it will probably be from pathological lover of marriage horoscopes. Your future girlfriend should react in advertisement on your own individual style.
Describe yourself precisely and briefly - women like that
An advertisement usually starts with your own presentation which should be laconic according to the genre law. This is probable almost impossible task to render all wealth of your nature in two-three words. But it is very important for dating. That's why try to use with good effect only one of your qualities which woman will like. For example, you are intellectual. Or a good sportsman. But be modest and don't name yourself as handsome or genius in your advertisement. Information about color and size of eyes, beauty of hair leave to woman. Limit yourself to abstract parameters: "athletic body, high height, dark-blond hair" etc. or just "not bad".
Avoid excessive specifics - it harms dating
This is the main mistake. Remember, you are writing not detailed resume at the recruiting agency and not your biography. It's unnecessary for your chosen one to know what size of shoes you wear, where do you have scar after surgery, how many sugar do you put in tea. This and much more you may tell during first meeting, for now you'd better limit yourself to necessary information about yourself.
More humor and self-irony
Flavour your advertisement with humor so it not to be boring and not be limited by bare anthropological facts. It will fill lack of information in the best way. At least woman will know exactly that you have one positive quality - wit. Though it is necessary not to go too far. So one my friend for a joke posted in the Internet in section "dating" the following very laconic advertisement: "I'll marry in 24 hours". For several days he received several dozens of calls from girls who took this advertisement at its face value. They were not satisfied with my friend's sense of humor...
Don't lie, woman appreciates honesty
You will just harm yourself - sooner or later it will be know that you are not the face of the Calvin Klein firm and you are not the oil potentate. Besides, who knows, maybe the one you are looking for dreams about a man with the same height, weight, hair color, character and profession as you have. So don't force events.
Don't make excessive demands and make you advertisement delicate
Word sort of "stout not to disturb" may spoil effect of the most genius advertisement. Remember, that almost every second woman> is not satisfied with her appearance and every third woman counts herself stout. Your excessive demands will not only scare away but also will insult applicants on your girl-friend place. And an advertisement : "If you are long-legged natural blonde with parameters 90-60-90 with sensual lips and long lashes then write on this address for dating" will attract only post hooligan.
Write your advertisement so that your potential woman to be sure that it is addressed to her
For this you need to refuse from using third person: "looking for girl", "will meet young woman". Address to your potential friend directly: "am waiting for your letter" or "I'm thinking about you every time" etc. But don't be familiar.
Add your message mystery
This "catches" women well. For example, thousand of girl and even few men answered the letter posted in one of "marriage" editions with words: "Girl who has left golden ring with emerald at night April 10 this year in my dream, pleas, come back and take it back. I can't sleep". In such advertisements you can even not to tell anything about yourself - human curiosity will do everything for you.
No eroticism
Excessive sexuality of your message will just frighten girls from dating with you. That's why you must refuse to indicate the size of your male genitals and sexual abilities. Otherwise girl will consider you light-minded. This is necessary condition of success. You need to trouble in advance about literary language of message if you don't want to pass for ignoramus.
